Jeffrey is a graduate of T.C. Williams High School and is spending two years at Northern Virginia Community College before moving on to a four-year college to major in electronic engineering. He sees a career in engineering as a way to apply innovative and creative ideas to solve basic problems in real life. “I hope that I can create something practical for society,” he said.

Jeffrey is spending his days working on operations at Alexandria Renew, learning about the different parts of the facility that processes wastewater.

Bradley is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and will graduate from DeVry University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems. While in the Navy, he worked as a Systems Analyst stationed in San Diego and Yokosuka, Japan. With his degree, he looks forward to a career in computer information security, so his internship focusing of AlexRenew’s information technology system has provided valuable real-world application and skills.
